New to the Gremlin Queen’s card vault? Start here.

This is the quick Twitch-panel guide for opening packs on stream, checking your binder, using Gold in the Shoppe, and finding your account tools.

Twitch Channel Points request the on-stream pack opening. Your cards, Gold, and other site balances live here on the Nishi Studios card site.

How collecting works

The core loop is simple: log in, redeem during stream, watch the overlay, then check your binder.

1

Log in with Twitch

Use the same Twitch account you watch the stream with. This links pack openings and rewards to your card-site account.

2

Redeem a pack during stream

When pack rewards are available, redeem the matching Channel Point reward in Twitch chat. The site verifies your linked account and queues the pack.

3

Watch the overlay

The pack opens on stream through the overlay. New cards go into your binder; duplicates can award Gold based on current site rules.

4

Check your collection

Open the Binder to see owned cards, missing slots, and variant progress for each set.

Where to go

Each area of the site handles a different part of collecting.

Binder

Browse sets and see what you own, what you are missing, and which variants are still waiting in the vault.

Shoppe

Spend Gold on available exact cards, browse rotating shelves, and redeem reward codes.

Twitch reward tips

A few notes to help avoid confusion during live pack openings.

Channel Points request the opening

Channel Points tell the card site which pack you are requesting on stream. If the reward is unavailable or your account is not eligible, the redemption may be refunded.

Use the right Twitch account

If a pack does not show up in your binder, make sure you are logged into the card site with the same Twitch account that redeemed the reward.

Gold comes from site activity

Gold can come from duplicate payouts, reward codes, support packs, or other site events. Use it in the Shoppe when cards are available.

Reward codes

When a reward code is available, redeem it from the Shoppe. Codes may have limits, expiration windows, or special event rules.

Quick troubleshooting

If something looks off

Refresh the card site, confirm you are logged into the correct Twitch account, then check your Binder and Profile. Some Twitch dashboard views can take a moment to update after a redemption is refunded or fulfilled.

Pack did not open? The reward may be disabled, unavailable, refunded, or still waiting in the stream queue.
Card not showing? Open the matching set in the Binder and hard-refresh the page.
Wrong account? Log out and log back in with the Twitch account that redeemed the reward.
Still seeing an issue? Use the Report Issue page to send a bug report so the team can follow up from your card-site account.
